At DH Candles
We do everything with love and care, and that also applies to shipping your order. Once you order and pay for your handmade candles, we carefully package them to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. We use transparent and fair rates, so you know exactly what to expect.
Delivery time: We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 business days. Because all our candles are handmade, it may sometimes take a little longer to prepare everything perfectly for you. Should there be a delay, we will, of course, notify you promptly.
Delivery: Your package will be shipped to the address you provided. You'll receive an order confirmation first, and once it's shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track your package's journey and know when your handmade candles will arrive.
**Returns
At DH Kaarsen, we believe it's important that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@dhkaarsen.nl.
Return Policy:
- The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with your return shipment.
Return costs: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend sending your package with a track & trace code so you can track your return shipment.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase price to your payment method within 14 days.
